靜電粉末噴涂：

掛件放入烤爐中烤漆，如此反復操作多次便形成烤漆涂層，噴涂層的均勻與否，與廠家的設備有很大關系。此種工藝只能做純色，黑白

灰或者一些色彩艷麗的顏色，因為工藝的原因不支持生產木紋色，啞光帶些許磨砂效果的表面紋理，對產品的厚度無太大要求，適合室內。

覆膜工藝：

輥涂（滾涂）：

可以做純色和木紋色，生產工藝的不同，產品生產的時候不會產生色差。滾涂板表面漆膜的平整度要高于靜電粉末噴涂。色澤上分珠

光與啞光，市面上常用為珠光。滾涂最大特色就是顏色的仿真度極高,顏色逼真，持久性強，表面均勻、光滑。滾涂木紋的材料厚度

一般在1.0mm以下。此種工藝比起靜電噴涂的價格稍微便宜，屬于啞光并且表面平滑。

roller painting：

熱轉印木紋：

俗稱木紋轉印，意思是指鋁方通過爐的時候通過高溫加熱使得貼紙上的木紋轉印附和在已經噴涂好的純色鋁方通上。將噴好底色的鋁

方通，手工把木紋紙包裹貼在鋁方通上，然后過爐，高溫加熱大概5-8鐘后，木紋已經被轉印在鋁方通上，出爐待冷卻后過水，再撕

木紋紙。這種工藝對鋁方通的厚度有一定要求，效果出來為啞光面，效果真實高檔。優點：穩定性好，不容易脫落，由于木紋轉印具

有抗腐蝕、抗沖擊、耐老化、耐磨、防火、在戶外使用保持15年不變色等性能。但因熱轉印時爐溫無法精確控制，容易導致產品出現

細微色差,屬于正?，F象。
